1. What we collect
When you fill out the tour or valuation form on this site, you provide us with: your name, email address, phone number, property address (for valuation requests), preferences and timeline, and any additional notes you choose to share. We also collect automatic information through Google Analytics: pages visited, time on site, approximate location (city level), and the URL of the site that referred you. We do not collect information sufficient to personally identify you outside of what you submit via our forms.
2. How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry: prepare a valuation, send a curated listing shortlist, schedule a call, and follow up by phone, email, or text. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand which parts of the site are working and which need improvement. We do not share, sell, or rent your information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Who has access
Your form submissions are routed to David Lampe and Tom Grant of The Principal Team at Metro Brokers. Submissions pass through our automation tools (Zapier and our CRM); both providers have their own privacy policies, available on their sites. If you opt in to our newsletter, your email is stored with our email service provider (Mailchimp).
4. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure visitor behavior in aggregate. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact team@principalteam.com or call 720-408-7409. If you've opted in to our newsletter, every email includes an unsubscribe link.
6. Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. The information is stored in our automation and CRM tools, which use industry-standard encryption and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us at team@principalteam.com and we will delete it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will note the change at the top of this page with a revised "last updated" date.
